"I will admit, I am one of those that I have anxiety going to the dentist. But Cori the dental technician made me feel very comfortable relaxed, pleasant conversation, and I really didn’t mind the deep cleaning first one ever. I asked Cory if she was going to be the same technician when I come in again in a week and she checked and she said yes. That is so fantastic so I told her if she wasn’t, I was going to ask for her again. So I thumbs up to this anxiety chick feel comfortable. And in fact, all the staff there at Dr. Sullivan’s office is very nice very polite makes you feel at ease but Cori really helped me chill out. All I can say is thank you thank you"

"I love Dr Sullivan and her amazing staff, my entire family sees her and has for the last 11 years. You know that you are well cared for every time you are there and your care is never rushed. The office is clean and safe, and never crowded. The other dental hygienist that I have used for years, Danita, it's just as awesome.
I've never had a bad visit to family dental associates in the many years I've been going there.
From the front office staff (Elaine is the BEST!) , to the remaining professionals in the back, (of course Dr. Sullivan included!) I appreciate you all."

My hygienist, Susan, is the best I’ve ever seen! She is so personable and gentle during the entire appointment. I appreciate explanations as she provides treatment and her experience in the dental field shines with her level of treatment and care.
Dr. Sullivan is a wonderful dentist! She is calming and professional. The information given during my appointment was discussed so that I was able to understand and make a plan to keep my teeth healthy! Dr. Sullivan was also fantastic with my 2.5 year old daughter! "Dr. Sullivan has been my dentist for about five years. I don’t live in Washington full time, so I usually see Dr. Sullivan once a year. The front office staff are super friendly and helpful. I never know anything about my dental insurance, and somehow Elayne always figures it out! I prefer Dr. Sullivan and her team for a few of reasons. First, Dr. Sullivan is a perfectionist and it shows every time I’m seen at her office. She takes the extra few minutes to double check her work and get feedback from the patient, which is really nice (especially in preventing an unnecessary follow up visit for a tiny adjustment). Second, my 6-month cleanings seem more thorough (Danita is the best!). I don’t start feeling any buildup around 6 months later, while with my Texas dentist I can really feel when my 6-month cleaning is due. Third, the fillings I’ve gotten with Dr. Sullivan haven’t failed. Last, I chipped my top front tooth a few weeks ago and Dr. Sullivan did an AMAZING job fixing me up."

"I normally wouldn't write a review for a dental office but I've had such a great experience I felt I had to. It's can be very difficult to find the right dentist and the right office fit. First off the office is bright friendly and has plenty of parking. Your always greeted with a smile and a friendly "hello" from the the front office. The staff goes the extra mile making sure your comfortable and that all your needs are met (blankets, pillows, magazines). At Dr. Sullivan's I felt right at home. She always explained all my treatment options clearly and I never felt more comfortable. They even went above and beyond working with my insurance company!!! If I could give higher than 5 stars I would!!~! She really knows her stuff and I couldn't be more happy with my results!!!!"

"The initial entry was handled quickly and efficiently and I was escorted to one of the exame rooms. All the initial moves were handled by a very efficient and pleseant Assistant who's name I missed. Dr. Sullivan came out and made all the necessary inspections and reviews . She handled all the pre work necessary and oversaw the prep work for the temporary bridge that was installed. It went well and the bridgework was done very well."
